Can I get products customized with my name?
Some mugs, blankets, and planners (both handmade, coil-bound planners with laminated covers AND digital GoodNotes style planners) can get the custom treatment. Just enter the desired name in the customization field when adding the listing to your cart.
Do I need an iPad to use the digital planners?
Nope. You just need a PDF annotation app and there are versions for iOS and Android, even Windows OS. Check apps like Notability, NoteShelf, and GoodNotes to confirm your tablet or phone will support the planner.
How Long Do I have access to courses or workshops?
You keep access to any courses or workshops for the lifetime of that product. You also get every update and upgrade to your product totally free.
What if I need help using my new theme or templates?
What is your return and exchange policy?
No returns can be accepted for digital products or services. Physical products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If you are unhappy with any digital or physical product, please contact support so we can fix it.
Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?
